Since the day I met Jesus, the one constant has been my desire to know Him and His desire to know me, though He knows me all too well. That constant desire has helped me through life's issues, good or bad; Jesus has always made a place for His grace and mercy to find a way to bring me into His presence. He has always been an incredible Savior, Friend, and Confidant.

Every day we press into His love by reading His word, hearing His voice, and seeing Him move in our lives and the lives He is touching through us. In Luke 24.49, our friend Jesus said, He would send us the promise of the Father, the Holy Spirit. Being clothed by Holy Spirit, we are to receive power from on high and release Holy Spirit as He touches the lives of those around us. Holy Spirit wants to move powerfully through us.

Many heroes have stood for the truth that Jesus has proclaimed. Now it's our time to stand on their shoulders. We now find ourselves in a war with a determined outcome, as revealed in the Book of Revelations. Jesus will be the victor again; like every battle, He and we have won the victory through Calvary. Now is the time to press into the gift, Holy Spirit, and learn how He moves every moment and wants to touch the people around us.

 Several years ago, I decided I wanted to press beyond knowing about Holy Spirit. I wanted a relationship. Now I'm learning. Learning how to move with Him, not only in our Saturday meetings but also in life. Today is a day for each of us to enter into that relationship with Holy Spirit and experience the power promised by the Father.
