We come to The Gate DC because it is a place to experience His Presence. As we experience His presence, His appearing in us changes the atmosphere. Each of us is a carrier of His glory, His presence. We know this because the scriptures declare in Revelations 3.20  Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into him and eat with him, and he with me. To know Him is to be joined with Him in communion and sweet fellowship.

When we gather, we worship Him and speak of the things He has been speaking to us. Then His presence is released, and we are changed to be like Him. We step into the Glory of the Father, and the Kingdom of God is released. We can see and participate in His Kingdom and speak of and experience the things that are of the Kingdom.

We see His heart for us when we meet and look for His presence in each other. When we look for His face in each other, we experience Him together in the same conversation. As we are changed, the world around us is also changed. When we see His face in each other, the world with its treasures fades at the brilliance of His Kingdom in us.
